John Nunnally Thirteen tracks of vintage-sounding ska with a sweet sweet vibe that I can never get enough of from this brassy, rocksteady all-star ensemble. All the different vocalists keep things fresh, and I especially like the female-fronted songs. Then again, the finest tunes might just be the instrumentals! I would love to hear this crew's version of Guns of Navarone! Just sayin.' Favorite track: Higher Guns.

Alistair Evans You'd swear this was recorded in the late 60's except for lyrical content. It's like that new Jimmy Cliff album. Modern ska which sounds like classic era. Never boring always soaring.
